Community health data now available on online database
The Community Health Data Base has announced the release of its new mapping tool, which makes available key indicators from Public Health Management Corporation’s regional Household Health Survey.
The new tool is the result of a partnership with PolicyMap, a project of The Reinvestment Fund. Users are able to select a health or social indicator from the 2012 Southeastern Pennsylvania Household Health Survey and view the data for a selected geographic area.
