However, services aimed to help youth providers often focus solely on the content of the job, ignoring the needs of the practitioner – which does little to help them stay connected, energized, hopeful, and creative in their work.
That’s where Pedalogical comes in! Meet Peace & Purpose, a new kind of personalized professional support package for educators & youth providers, aimed at helping with curriculum & program development, as well as personal wellness.
A Completely Customized Package for Educators & Youth Providers:
- Expert guidance around your planning, time management, & concrete needs
- Coaching to help you develop wellness practices to sustain you in your work
- Practices to identify your values and use them as a foundation for what you do
- Development of your presence and philosophy as a youth-provider and/or educator
- Personalized goals, flexible phone sessions & scheduling to accommodate your needs (7am-8pm) and location
