K-12 Financial Literacy Programs

CompareCards, a credit card comparison company, is dedicated to preparing youth for a bright future by supporting financial and economic education programs.
To that end, the company is inviting applications for its Financially Literate Youth program for the 2015-2016 school year. Through the FLY program, CompareCards will award four grants of up to $5,000 each to support pre-existing financial literacy programs in K-12 schools. Priority will be given to programs that reach a broad group of students and implement a project/curriculum that teaches students how to build good financial habits.
To be eligible, applicants must be a public, private, or charter K-12 school located in the United States. The school must have already implemented or be looking to implement a financial education program and must share overall results with CompareCards upon the program’s completion.
