New Cohort Starts in January!
Don’t miss your opportunity to earn a graduate certificate in service-learning from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. This program was developed in collaboration with the National Youth Leadership Council (NYLC). All classes are online, making the program convenient and accessible regardless of your location or schedule.
On January 10, 2007 from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon (CST), UW-River Falls has arranged for an informational web-conference to help you decide if this program is right for you. There is no charge for the interactive session. Program coordinator and instructor Stan Potts will provide an overview of the program, discuss student expectations, introduce Desire2Learn software and more. This will be your opportunity to learn about the program and to ask questions about how an online course works. For registration instructions, please e-mail servlearn@uwrf.edu.
The first course, Introduction to Service-Learning, begins January 22, 2007 and there is still time to register. Go to the website http://www.uwrf.edu/educator for application information or call the UW-River Falls Graduate Studies office at 715-425-3843.
