Service-Learning Young Professionals Network (SLYPN)

Are you in your 20s or 30s and interested in connecting to others who share your professional interest in service-learning? Join the Service-Learning Young Professionals Network (SLYPN).
With support from the National Service-Learning Partnership, the Service-Learning Young Professionals Network (SLYPN) was created to provide young professionals (age 20-30-somethings) opportunities to develop the skills and capacity they need to pursue their interests and advance their careers in service-learning. SLYPN responds to the needs of young service-learning professionals by providing unprecedented access to seasoned leaders and service-learning pioneers as well as other resources and opportunities designed especially for emerging leaders.
Supporting young professionals is of incredible importance for our field. Like many in the nonprofit sector, service-learning advocates and organizations must find ways to capture and galvanize the talent and commitment of leaders of all ages. We must ensure that our field’s leaders–particularly young professionals–have the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary to advance and sustain service-learning for many years to come.
To take advantage of an upcoming SLYPN networking opportunity, join today or pass this message along to young professionals with whom you work.
