2007 Pennsylvania Political Leaders Fellowship
Developing the Next Generation of Progressive Leaders in Pennsylvania
The Pennsylvania Political Leaders Fellowship is a part-time, 9-month leadership development program for working adults who represent the most promising future progressive leaders in the state.
The Fellowship combines four intensive aspects of training and development over the nine month program, including:
? Weekend Training Workshops Around the State
? Personalized Leadership Coaching Sessions
? Networking Events
? On-going Mentorship
During the program, you will participate in a series of intensive activities that will provide you with the tools, resources, and knowledge to become a more powerful and effective leader in your community.
Fellowship Focus Areas
The Pennsylvania Political Leaders Fellowship will build upon the knowledge and skills you have to help you achieve your political goals and become a powerful progressive leader in the state. The Fellowship focuses on the following areas:
? Political Skills – Campaign Skills, Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, & Advocacy
? Leadership Capacity – Resources, Reputation, & Communication
? Progressive Philosophy – Core Values, Progressive Philosophy, & Policy Education

The program is designed for individuals who are interested in a variety of positions and levels of political leadership, including:
? Organizational Leaders and Advocates
? Future Elected Officials
? Campaign Managers
? Community Organizers
? Political Consultants
