Construction Project Manager, The Partnership CDC
The Partnership CDC (community development corporation) is a local non-profit dedicated to dedicated to addressing the issues of affordable housing, economic development and job creation in West and Southwest Philadelphia. Specifically, The CDC builds affordable housing, supports the creation and expansion of new businesses and jobs, and works to revitalize neighborhood commercial corridors.
The CDC seeks a Project Manager to implement the organization?s construction projects. The successful candidate will work with architects, contractors and government agencies to coordinate all phases of construction, from pre-development through sale in accordance with appropriate procedures. Must be able to develop an accurate scope of work and cost estimates. Be able to submit plans for financing. Track costs and keep projects within budget. Must be able to handle several projects at once, at varying stages. Will be responsible for marketing projects to first-time homebuyers and/or renters. Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Expertise in Excel required. Must be able to manage files and project folders in an orderly fashion. May sometimes require long hours. The CDC is an equal opportunity employer.

Salary: Competitive with full benefits, plus performance incentives (high 30s low 40s to start plus bonus incentives)
