An excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children awaits YOU at one of the region?s leading child advocacy organizations! Now in its 25th year, Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY) is looking for a Development Director:
The Development Director will oversee a wide range of fundraising programs to support PCCY?s annual budget of $1.5 million. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing and overseeing major gifts campaigns and in grant writing. The Director will be responsible for increasing and diversifying the donor base and assisting in planning for special events.
If you have a desire to help make the world better for children and families, a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three to five years fundraising experience, a track record of success in the areas of major gifts and grant writing, become a candidate! Note – The Development Director should also have proficiency in fundraising software and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
