YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School is looking for a consultant who can create an access database to capture:
Student Information: Basic table to hold a variety of student information (family information, income, emergency contacts), linked to basic information table.
Attendance: Will allow input of daily attendance for each student and include calculations of attendance percentage on a weekly, trimester, and year-to-date basis, linked to basic information table.
Grades: Will allow for entry of grades by multiple instructors, calculate averages and GPA and will produce report cards at each mid-trimester and end of trimester, linked to basic information table.
Career Development/Alumni: Basic table to hold information on career plans and graduate activities for each student, linked to basic information table.
Case Management: Basic tracking system for student meetings, appointments, etc.
Also, we are interested in how different staff may be able to access information and whether we can create a system for students to access personal reports of their attendance, grades, etc. over the network or have the reports sent to them electronically.
If interested, please email me at bleffler@youthbuildphilly.org or call me at (215) 627-8671 ext. 29.
Additionally, if you can recommend an individual or company please feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Brian Leffler
