The Partnership CDC
The Director of Housing will be responsible for all the acquisition, financing, construction and sale/lease-up of all CDC projects. The Director will supervise a staf of 3-5 team members. S/He must be computer literate, excel expert, have 5 years managment and construction experience, good with people, good communicator, both written and oral, team player, experience with City funded programs, and HUD regulations a plus.
