APPLICATIONS FOR CHALLENGE 20/20 NOW BEING ACCEPTED
Schools are invited to apply to participate in Challenge 20/20, a program offered by the National Association of Independent Schools. The program pairs schools in the United States with schools in other countries. Each two-school or three-school team tackles one of 20 global problems described in Jean-Francois Rischard?s book ?High Noon: Twenty Global Problems, Twenty Years to Solve Them.? The program provides an opportunity for schools to develop globally based, experiential curricula and to build educational partnerships with schools around the world. All elementary and secondary schools, public or private, located anywhere in the world are welcome to apply to participate. This program has no cost and it is an Internet-based international education program. The deadline to apply is July 23.
