Arts-Based Collaborative Partnership Program Will Resume in

School Year 2006-07

Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership (PAEP) proudly announces that its ABC Partnership Program will accept applications from participating arts organizations and schools to collaborate in an arts-based, interdisciplinary project during the 2006-07 school year. Grants of up to $3,500 will be available to undertake these projects. To be eligible for these funds, a PAEP participating partner must:

o Be active in PAEP during the last five years
o Complete the enclosed enrollment form
o Collaborate with a K-12 school of your choice and submitted the Intent to Apply form
o Complete the ABC Partnership Application
o Agree to assist PAEP in its collection of all assessment data pertaining to the ABC Partnership project

If your organization had submitted an application for school year 2005-06, you and the teaching team may revise it with the school administration?s approval. Deadline to submit the Intent to Apply form is Friday, October 6, 2006; the application is due on Friday, October 27, 2006. Decisions will be made by Friday, December 1, 2006. Project may begin January 2007 and run through the end of May 2007.
