Mural Application Deadline – 11/15
Mural Arts Program
The Mural Arts Program is city-wide public art program that works in partnership with community residents, grassroots organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, corporations and philanthropies to design and create murals of enduring value while actively engaging youth in the process.
Given the large number of murals we paint each year, budgetary realities and our commitment to making murals a meaningful part of youth and community development, we are now requiring that ALL murals go through a competitive selection process.
There are two deadlines per year for community groups and individuals to request a mural; the next deadline for mural applications is November 15th. Go to http://www.muralarts.org/request/ for additional information and an application.
