HUD Releases 2004 "SuperNOFA" Grants. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson unveiled HUD’s "SuperNOFA," a notice that makes available $2.3 billion in funding opportunities to help produce more affordable housing, assist homeless individuals and families, and promote community development. Each grant has its own procedure and deadline. For more information, go to the HUD website.
