Neighborhood Planning Grants
First Union Regional Foundation
Grants are awarded throughout 62 counties in N.J. Del. and eastern PA. Grants range from $25,000-$100,000 and are disbursed over 1 year. Each Project must be: Compelling, Comprehensive, Accountable, Collaborative, Sustainable, Replicable, Inclusive.
Eligibilty Citeria: Potential grantees must have a current 501(c)3 status and a minimum of three years of audited financial statements. Potenital grantees must be able to demonstrate the milesones, delivables and outcomes of the planning process, and how they will measure and evaluate them. Applications due May 15, 2003 4:00pm EST. Foundation staff will review the proposals and may contact you with questions. The Foundation will notify you by June 20, 2003 whether your proposal will be recommended to the Board of Directors of the Foundation. The Board’s decision will be made at the July 30th 2003 Board meeting. We will notify you of the Board’s deceison by August 1, 2003.
