Call for Presenters: Michigan Conference on Service-Learning and Civic Engagement

The Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) and Michigan Campus Compact (MCC) are pleased to invite you to present at the 12th Annual Institute: Service-Learning and Civic Engagement. This year?s conference will be held February 7-8, 2008 on the campus of Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
More than 300 educators and students from across Michigan and the country will gather to share ideas and best practices and explore challenges related to the successful development and implementation of service-learning. This year?s conference will encourage participants to examine service-learning and its implications for civic engagement. Suggested topics include key issues and opportunities that strengthen service-learning and civic engagement practices.
