This year?s theme is, The Artist as Citizen in the 21st Century: Transforming Society, Changing the World. This theme will encourage participants to explore transformations that are redefining the arts and society in the new century. In order to imagine the future and make another world possible, we invite you to join us in creating both individual and collective art that will shape the landscape of our time.
