Hospital and faith based personnel across the country will learn the CHAMP philosophy and model to implement faith/health partnerships through their own insitutions and communities.

Objectives:
1) Participants will demonstrate a deepened understanding and appreciateion for the interrelatedness of spirituality and health.
2) Conference attendees will participate in Popular Edcuation methodology throughout the conference.
3) Participants will demonstrate an increased ability to implement Poplular Education methodologies when addressing spiritual/health issues.
4) Participants will demonstrate an understanding of the importance of the various components of the CHAMP model.
5) Participants will demonstrate an understanding of the difference between parish nursing and the CHAMP model.
