The Stormwater Program Institute/Stormwater Design Institute is an intensive, interactive three-day program specifically designed to help public and private sector stormwater professionals develop or improve their municipal stormwater programs, strengthen their stormwater management design skills, and learn technical skills to effectively comply with the six minimum management measures of the NPDES Phase II stormwater permit program.
