THE ROLE OF FARMERS’ MARKETS IN AMERICA’S FOOD SYSTEM

Drake University and the Agricultural Law Center will sponsor this National Workshop; held in conjunction with the third annual Iowa Food Policy Conference September 9th and 10th, 2004 in Des Moines, IA. The theme of this year’s conference is “The Role of Farmers’ Markets in America’s Food System”. Workshops, panel discussions, and reports from the eleven state partners within the State and Local Food Policy Council initiative will be featured.
