>> The National Congress for Community Economic Development’s 33rd Annual Conference, “Investing In Communities”, will be Oct. 8-11 in Detroit. NCCED’s annual conference will focus on the investing in communities, an appropriate message as the community economic development industry faces new challenges and competing priorities in the process of obtaining program funding and support.
