Note: The AJ Foundation For Children With Autism was organized in 1997 with a mission to help provide and support quality educational services for children with autism in Bucks County based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. They were instrumental in assisting the Bucks County Intermediate Unit and the Council Rock School District in starting their own separate public ABA programs. In Sept. 2000 they opened a private school called the Comprehensive Learning Center, CLC, utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis. Currently they rent space in Warminster but they can take children from any district, any county. The AJ Foundation’s current focus is as a fundraising arm for CLC but it will continue its efforts to increase public awareness about autism and the effectiveness of ABA as a treatment mode for children with autism.
