Volunteers need to paint murals

Dear Friends of Art Sphere,
Want to make a difference in community this summer and meet wonderful adults and assist the creative expression of beautiful children ?
We have the perfect activity for you!
This is a call to volunteers interested in learning mural painting and helping innercity youths paint their communtiy center with a colorful mural.
Where: Cornelia’s Neighbors located at 443 N. 64th Street in West Philadelpha
Times: 9-3 volunteers can assist for several hours or stay for the whole day
Dates include:
Wednesday August 4
Friday August 6
Wednesday August 11
Friday August 13
Wednesday August 18
Please wear paint clothes and come prepared to have fun !

ASI is involved painting murals and art projects at other sites including the Philadelphia Free Library at the Kensington Branch (at Front and Dolphin Streets) on Wednesday July 21 from 3-5 where we are using art to encourage literacy.
Our next board meeting is Wednesday August 4th at Lloyd Hall located at 1 Boat house Row, (one building north of the Philadelphia Museum of Art) All welcome.
