Mike Eichler’s new book on consensus organizing will be available through Sage Publications (http://sagepub.com). Entitled Consensus Organizing:Building Communities of Mutual Self-Interest, it explains an alternative organizing strategy to conflict organizing. Rather than isolate and put pressure on targets, it breaks down a method based on finding common agendas between previously opposing forces.
