Download Materials from the November 14th PANA Professional Development Satellite Training session on School Wellness Plans
PANA’s latest Professional Development Satellite Training, Implementing School Wellness Plans – Programs, Tools, and Activities for Success, took place on November 14th, delivering actionable ideas and programs to more than 400 teachers, community health and recreation partners, parents, and healthcare practitioners statewide.
The training featured a review of new PANA resources, as well as details on the National Institutes of Health’s WeCAN! program, the Byrnes Health Education Center’s http://www.LearntobeHealthy.org website, and The Food Trust’s School Markets initiative, and how each of these can help implement school wellness policies.
