Nonprofit Center at LaSalle Releases New Study About Need for Emerging Non-Profit Leaders
In a recently released study, The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University revealed a growing leadership gap in Philadelphia’s non-profit sector. The study estimates that more than two-thirds of all Executive Directors in the region plan to leave their position in the next four year, and that over half have had no discussion about a succession plan.
