The City, Land and The University Program focuses on university real estate development from the perspective of a variety of actors, including the university, the adjacent neighborhood, and the city itself. University engagement in the city is of great interest at this time to educators, economic development practitioners, city administrators, university leaders, real estate developers, and community groups. We bring a unique emphasis to our work. Specifically, we put the role of land and land development at the center of the university-city-community relationship.
The Website http://www.lincolninst.edu/subcenters/clu/ is designed to be a forum to facilitate thinking, conversation and action on complex university-city-community relationships. Included on the site are:
? Information on The City, Land and The University Program

? On-line registration for upcoming courses
Our Resource Library features:
? Case Studies and Presentations on university-city-community topics
? Working papers
? List of publications with on-line ordering facility
