The LINC Project (Low Income Networking and Communications Project) has created a Civic Engagement and Technology Resources for Grassroots Groups web site that provides resources on civic engagement and technology for grassroots groups. One particular resource is “Technology Tools for Organizing Civic Participation in the Domestic Process,” which provides various technologies to consider when implementing a voter campaign. Another resource is a “Case Study on Working for Equality and Economic Liberation” that can be used as a tool to increase low-income voter participation.
