Health Care Conference Tool Kit Made Available
The Health Action 2004 tool kit contains materials covering a wide range of health care issues and advocacy tools from a variety of sources. The materials were originally compiled into a binder by Families USA and given to participants at the 2004 Health Action conference held on January 22-24, 2004, in Washington, DC.
