Cultural Competence, Jobs, and Race
The Jobs Initiative of the Annie E. Casey Foundation has a new Web site on race, ethnicity, cultural competence, and workforce development. Cultural competence in workforce development means understanding and integrating the behaviors, attitudes, and policies that foster effective work in cross-cultural situations.
