“A Neighborhood Guide to the City Budget”

The “Neighborhood Guide to the City Budget” draws on more than 20 years of experience in analyzing the impact of annual City budgets on neighborhood services and taxes throughout the city. From developing the agenda for Neighborhood Budget hearings convened by then Managing Director W. Wilson Goode in 1982 to heavy involvement in the debate over taxes and services last year, ISCV has been among the leading organizations in Philadelphia working to make the City budget accessible to neighborhood leaders and active citizens. The “Neighborhood Guide to the City Budget” is our most ambitious project in this area to date.
