New Book: Community Reinvestment Act’s 25th Anniversary

Kenneth Thomas, Ph.D., a finance lecturer at the Wharton School, and author of “Community Reinvestment Performance” has released his latest publication, which is equivalent to his third “book” on the Community Reinvestment Act, titled “CRA’s 25th Anniversary: The Past, Present, and Future” The Jerome Levy Economic Institute, New York, June 2002.
It is now available for downloading at no charge on the front page of http://www.levy.org. The Levy Institute also plans to publish a Public Policy Brief based on this working paper and circulate it among key policy makers in DC and elsewhere. There is considerable interest abroad, not just in Europe, about the 25 years of experience with CRA in the US.
