Free Adult Education Classes
Posted by on April 26, 2002
The Institute for the Study of Civic Values Adult Neighborhood Education Program is looking for organizations interested in providing -FREE- ESL, ABE and/or GED instruction in their surrounding communities. We offer a variety of programs for adults: English as a Second Language and Citizenship classes, all levels of reading and math, and preparation for the new, more difficult GED test. Classes can be held in either the morning or afternoon.
An instructor and all classroom materials are provided free-of-charge. There are no costs to the student until they register for the GED. There will never be any cost to you. This service is ideal for organizations that would like to provide this service to their constituents, but are unable to because of budget constraints. If you have a group of at least ten prospective learners, and a quiet room where class could be held every week, I’d like to talk to you.
