City increases utility assistance funding
The Utility Emergency Services Fund will hold a press conference announcing a City Council grant of $1,000,000 to assist low-income customers of the Philadelphia Gas Works on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 10:00am, at the Friends Neighborhood Guild, 701 North 8th Street in Philadelphia.
Speakers will include John Rowe, UESF Executive Director, Councilwoman Marian B. Tasco, Doug Oliver, Philadelphia Gas Works Director of Corporate Communications
