This workshop will:
? Provide valuable information to new and existing restaurant or other food establishment operators regarding requirements and regulations around zoning, licensing, health, taxes, liquor, etc. in order to avoid making common mistakes.
? Provide an opportunity for restaurant and hospitality entrepreneurs to learn about specific business locations and demographic information along some of Philadelphia?s great neighborhood commercial corridors.
? Give CDC?s or other Commercial Corridor and Business Improvement District Managers an opportunity to educate potential restaurant and hospitality users about their commercial corridors and neighborhoods.
? Provide an opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs, funders, and supporters who can serve as business resources.
? Assemble interested entrepreneurs, restaurant school and hospitality industry representatives, franchises, lenders, business planners, and other supporters to discuss needs and issues in locating along neighborhood commercial corridors.
