Downtown Revitalization and Development through the Main Street Approach: Confessions of a Main Street Manager

This workshop will:
? Give Corridor/Main Street Managers, CDCs, Business Associations, property owners, supporters and others involved in commercial corridor development an overview or refresher on the basic Main Street Approach.
? Highlight successful strategies and obstacles to be overcome through real life examples.
? Inform participants of upcoming opportunities for Main Street and Elm Street programs and funding.
? Provide a forum for discussion on policy changes to promote the redevelopment of commercial corridors in Philadelphia and the surrounding area.
