Free Computer Training and Certification:
The Mayor’s Commission on Technology (MCOT) is launching a program called Project TIME (Technology Initiatives for Meaningful Employment) which will be providing free training and certification for the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) within the City of Philadelphia starting in February 2005. All applicants must be Philadelphia residents and be committed to obtaining ICDL certification (Permit or Full license) within a specified time-frame.
