SECOND ANNUAL WATERSHED WORKSHOP: A LEGAL TOOLBOX FOR WATERSHED GROUPS

Learn the basic legal tools that allow grassroots watershed groups and conservancies to get involved in public processes, from state and federal permitting, to local land use decisions. Specific topics will include: water resource planning, wetlands regulation, citizen enforcement of environmental laws, legal mechanisms for stormwater management.
