The first national conference of the School District of Philadelphia will highlight the District’s successful partnership initiatives.
Speakers include: former Governor Mark Schweiker; Nina Rees, Deputy Under Secretary, U.S. Dept. of Education; Phila. School District CEO Paul Vallas.
October 7-8, 2004; attendance is limited to 350.
