Summer 2004 FREE Legal Intake Clinics
Philadelphia VIP is the Philadelphia Bar Association?s pro bono program. Our purpose is to provide free legal services to low-income individuals, nonprofit organizations and small business. At our Intake Clinics, we will interview you to assess your legal needs, and then contact you at a later date with advice on what to do next. We will interview clients with legal needs in ANY area, such as family, consumer, senior and real estate (home ownership).

? Workshop Topic: ?How to Represent Yourself in a Custody Case? ? This workshop is for people who want advice on how to represent themselves in a custody case. The workshop includes a 40-minute presentation, a short video, and a brief time for questions. Workshop will begin promptly at 3 pm.

Tolentine Senior Center ? Workshop and Legal Clinic
11th & Mifflin Street (South Philadelphia)
? Workshop Topic: Tangled Title/ Homeownership ? This workshop will cover issues that arise when someone has a legal claim to his/her home, but the title to the home is not in his/her home. Workshop will begin promptly at 11 am.
