The Social Change Leaders are graduating, and we?d like to invite you to celebrate their innovative work and accomplishments! Come to the National Constitution Center to meet these emerging leaders and be inspired by two of Greater Philadelphia Cares? favorite heroes of social change, Graham Finney and Scott Gordon. Mr. Finney is an accomplished city planner, a compassionate advocate for economic justice, a visionary entrepreneur, and a non-profit pioneer, founding organizations including Public/Private Ventures and The 21st Century League. Mr. Gordon is a founding board member of Greater Philadelphia Cares, and has also founded and directed Home Care Associates, a worker-owned home health care company, and is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Mastery Charter School.
