Foster Kids Count: Nurturing Well-Being for Youth in Out-of Home Care Tuesday, November 18, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST This live teleconference will provide a forum for exploring states’ attempts to improve the quality of foster care and achieve the standards of the Child and Family Services Review.
