Prisoner Art Exhibit: Creativity in Confinement

“Creativity in Confinement”, the most recent exhibit of prisoner art organized by Books Through Bars, will be on display at the Klein Gallery until Thursday November 6th. The show is comprised entirely of artwork by incarcerated people.
The Klein Gallery is in the lobby of the University Science Center at 3600 Market Street in Center City.
Phyllis Kornfeld, author of “Cellblock Visions: Prison Art in America”, will speak at the Klein Gallery at 11:30 am on Sunday November 2nd.
