Raising Awareness of the Uninsured Teleworkshop

Volunteers in Health Care is excited to launch a new series of teleworkshops designed to help programs that provide care to the uninsured build better systems of care–without leaving the office!

Their first teleworkshop, Raising Awareness of the Uninsured, will give participants easy to implement strategies for raising awareness during the Covering the Uninsured Week (March 10-16) as well as strategies that can be used throughout the year. It is designed for clinicians, program administrators, and coalition members who want to broaden their community’s understanding of the uninsured. Stuart Schear, MA, Senior Communications Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, will lead the workshop with a brief presentation and then answer questions from participants. The teleworkshop will be held at 2:30 Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 26th. Space is limited to the first 25 organizations that register.
