Neighborhood Bike Works Celebrates Alternative Transportation

NBW is going to join Tim Leech on his ride from Lansdowne to Lloyd’s Hall for Going Greener: Alternative Transportation Fair We are going to meet:
Where: St.Mary’s location
When: 9 am on Nov. 10th ( Sunday)
The primary sponsors and organizers for the day are the Pennsylvania Interfaith Climate Change Campaign and the Sierra Club. The event is being held in conjunction with the Walk to Washington – a self-propelled journey across the country to raise awareness about the dangers and damage that would result from oil drilling in the Arctic Refuge. Tim Leech is biking across country as part of this effort, and will arrive in Philadelphia, at Lloyd Hall, during the event.
Help celebrate all the great alternatives to excessive oil consumption!
