Posted by on April 26, 2002
Women, Money & Social Change, a half-day, free educational forum will take place on Saturday, November 16 from 9am-1pm at the Moore College of Art & Design, in Philadelphia. This town-hall style forum is designed to teach women how to better wield their economic power as consumers, investors and donors. Ellen Malcolm, pioneer fundraiser and Emily’s List President, is the featured lunchtime speaker. Her talk will follow two morning sessions in which the audience engages in a conversation with a panel of outstanding women thinkers and activists. Moderating these dialogues will be Melissa Weiler Gerber, Executive Director of WOMENS WAY, and Lynn Yeakel, Chair of WOMENS WAY 25. This is the final WOMENS WAY educational forum held in 2002 as part of A Celebration of Change, a year-long celebration of WOMENS WAY’s 25th Anniversary. Space is limited for this free event and participants are required to register. To register call (215) 735-1276 or email info@womensway.org. Please provide your name, address, phone number and email address.
