Media/Communications Summer Intern
Posted by on April 23, 2004
PHENND, as part of our work with the School District of Philadelphia’s Partnerships for Character Education Initiative, seeks a college intern to assist with project documentation. The intern will be responsible for using a digital camcorder to document end-of-the-year presentations and other culminating events related to service-learning projects that have been taking place across the District over the past school year.
The Media/Communications Intern will be expected to begin work on or near May 17, 2004 and be in the field documenting student work through the end of the school year (June 17, 2004). THe intern will spend the rest of the summer editing video footage and producing a promotional video and other related materials. Experience with iMovie or other video editing software is a must.
Pay and hours are subject to negotiation and are dependent on the intern’s availability, experience, and ability to draw on summer work-study.
All inquiries should be directed to Hillary Aisenstein, Director of PHENND via email to hillarya@pobox.upenn.edu.
