Eastern North Philadelphia Youth Services Coalition: Youth Initiatives Manager. The Eastern North Philadelphia Youth Services Coalition (ENPYSC) Youth Initiatives Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all youth initiatives for ENPYSC, including ENPYSC PhilaFUND Board programming, operations, youth, staff and fund development, coordinating the Summer Work Ready Initiative, implementing and eventually overseeing an ENPYSC Out-of-School Youth Initiative while building and maintaining positive relationships with ENPYSC agency member staff, youth, community members, and external partners.
