The Nonprofit Finance Fund is once again offering its popular series of six online workshops, Unpacking the Nonprofit Manager’s Toolbox, beginning on April 15th with the topic, Budgeting as a Communications Tool.
Other topics in the series include Monitoring Cash Flow, Assessing Program Profitability, Scenario Planning, Managing to a Dashboard and Strategic Alliances, Collaborations and Mergers.
