Why do financial aid offers differ? How can you help students and families understand and decipher these differences? Panelists will identify and evaluate various federal and institutional aid practices. Participants will hone their professional judgment as they review standard and more complex family situations (e.g., family businesses, blended families, same-sex parents, etc.) and the potential impact of those situations on financial aid awards.
